Foxflash Error: Out of Memory Solution for Read EDC17C49
Problem:
Read and write IVECO DAILY 3.0 CR 170hp EDC17C49 with foxflash programmer.
If i Perform Cheksum YES. it asks to load the ori files. When I load Ori file
then get an error:
OUT OF MEMORY IN THE COMPUTER.
Any idea?

Renault SID309 ECU Read Error with Xhorse Multi Prog Explained
Question:
Xhorse multi prog failed to read the Renault Continental ECU SID309.
The error is: pflash unprotection failed — connection failed.
This ECU is currently not supported by multiprog.
sid307, sid309 and sid310 have Tprot password active; if you don’t find before password through obd then you can’t have access to boot.
What tools to read Renault SID309 ECU?
Foxflash/Flex is good in boot mode. PCMFlash safe by OBD.
Autotuner/Flex/x17/kess3 can read full flash and eeprom by obd.

Fixing OBD Write Failure on MB Vito EDC16C2 with Foxflash
Problem:
Mercedes VITO, edc16c2 ECU. Foxflash read ok via OBD, OBD Write ok but car doesn’t start.
Solution:
It was tested to work couple times so far, but maybe checksum wasn’t done with foxflash on this case. Checksum is fucked up.
If read with foxflash, power supply is important. Radiator turning on while writing.
If car does not start, read on bench, calculate checksum manually in winols/Lsuite and write in bench car start ok.
crd2 has known issues so far on MB. KESS is better on CRD2 via OBD, no problems at all.

Fixing Foxflash EDC16C3 Read/ Write Issues on Bench
Problem:
No possible to read and write edc16c3 PSA ECU with foxflash on bench. Any solution?
Solution:
Bad connection.
Check the bench pinout in foxflash.
You must add a ground wire for bench box because now you connect only the resistor.
If still not working just remove resistor and connect directly the brown wire to ecu.
