FormulaFlash July Update Adds Simos IMMO Functions

FormulaFlash programmer released new software upgrade on July 16th, 2025. This update significantly expands compatibility with immobilizer (immo) data cloning, FLASH/EEPROM read/write, and checksum correction across multiple brands and ECU types.

Foxflash V1.4.3.1 Asks for Activation After Update

Problem: I have foxflash manager version 1.4.1 when instart it it says newer update is available 1.4.3.1. After update, it asks to contact the vendor to activate. Do I need to activate it again?

Yes, in this case, you need to contact us to activate Foxflash.

Send the device serial number and register email to us to activate software via Teamviewer.

How to Solve Foxflash Email Registration Code Issue

Problem: I bought the Foxflash equipment. It arrived yesterday. I put in my email and the phone number but the device says i already have a registered email.

Error: "Another email is already registered with the code. Register with the correct email."

Solution:

You bought it secondhand and YOU MUST USE previous owners email. You can register tool only once to an email and that’s already used.

Fix Foxflash Read Issue on SID803 ECU Bench Mode

Problem:

Tried to read Peugeot SID803 ECU with foxflash on bench. I can read jusd id. But not more. Any solution?

Solution:

Bench only sid803a while sid803 boot or bdm

SID803A obd/bench (check pinout)
SID803 boot

important sid803 maps in mpc not in flash.

SID803 boot pin to foxflash

Connect multifunction cable as follows:

Solder the dip/sip connectors on the pcb:

Insert Siemens/Marelli adapter as in photo:

To read and write use the following driver:
→ BDM/ JTAG MODE
→ BDM MPC
→ MPC55x/56x

Only SID803a goes on bench, SID803 with opening and reading with other tools, i.e KESS3, Ktag etc.
